Since 2004, Pat has been the proud owner and operator of Sportplex West (SPW) in Waukee, Iowa. Building on their success, Pat, Mike, and their business partner Jake Shandri have transformed their LLC, Sportsman Solutions, into a consulting organization. They now provide invaluable guidance and expertise to entities and cities seeking to establish youth sports facilities in their communities.
